Reza is a Senior Consultant with over 25 years of experience in
Project Management. His experience and knowledge make him an analytical
problem-solver who is able to anticipate issues and create new systems
that streamline operations, resolve concerns, and improve efficiency.
Having graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from the Azad University in Tehran, he is able to use his
knowledge in various industries such as nuclear, infrastructure, high
tech and manufacturing.
Reza’s strong program and project management skills make
him an
asset in supporting public or private sector corporate organizations in
their endeavour to achieve and sustain performance excellence. His
experience in a diverse set of industries allows for a cohesive set of
knowledge in a variety of project management and project controls
areas. Due to this, he is able to provide specific program control
management based on project contract types and requirements.
Reza is proficient in Primavera Project Manager Enterprise (P3e-P6,
P7), Primavera Project Planner (P3), Microsoft Project, Power Project
(4D Scheduling), SAP, Microsoft Office and Visio, ARM (Active Risk
Manager), Safran Risk Management, Oracle Risk Analysis, TILOS, and
Turbo-Chart (Linear Scheduling).
Reza's expertise in scheduling and risk management has enabled him to
advise clients efficiently in all stages of the project. By thinking
analytically and having a great eye for detail, Reza is able to provide
support to the project management team of any project he takes on.
